What is your shipping policy?
I cover the cost of shipping, so no need to fret over hidden fees! I currently only ship to the contiguous United States, so if you live elsewhere and something caught your eye, shoot me an email at rediscoveredtreasures9@gmail.com, or a text at 936-522-6052 so we can figure out the best way to get you your item(s). I may ask you to cover cost of shipping in such cases.
What is your return policy?
After receiving your order, you will have 14 days to decide to start a return. If you do decide to return something from your order, please email rediscoveredtreasures9@gmail.com and include “Return” in the subject line, and your order number and the item(s) you are returning in the body of the email. I may ask you to cover return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged/unlike product description, please include details and images in your email as well. I will NOT ask customers to cover return shipping costs for damaged products.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped, I’ll notify you via email and include your USPS (or FedEx for certain items) tracking number. If you did not receive an e-receipt upon placing your order, please reach out to me at rediscoveredtreasures9@gmail.com, as I may not have your email on file.
Can I cancel my order/change shipping address after it’s been placed?
Absolutely! If you have not received an email notifying you of your order being shipped, please reach out as soon as possible to rediscoveredtreasures9@gmail.com or 936-522-6052 and I’ll correct the issue.
